The platform now indexes 3.54 million parcels with owner data, assessed values, and a 12-signal lead score refreshed nightly from county tax rolls. The latest version of the motivated-seller scoring model adds two new signals (tax delinquency duration and recent quitclaim activity) and reweights the absentee-owner signal based on early platform testing data. Comp Finder launched with sold-comparable analysis
Property detail pages now include a built-in comparable sales tool that pulls from the Indiana Sales Disclosure database. Users can adjust radius and time window to find disclosed sales near any parcel, with similarity scoring and per-acre/per-sq-ft derived metrics.
Pipeline & CRM added to the platform
The platform now includes a built-in CRM with contacts from skip-trace, opportunities tied to parcels, seven pipeline stages, and fifteen activity types. Agents and investors can track a lead from first contact to close without leaving the platform.
Interactive parcel map with zoning layers and 3D terrain
The Map Explorer renders 3.54 million Indiana parcel polygons as vector tiles with city-specific zoning color overlays, FEMA flood zones, USGS hydrology layers, and a 3D terrain viewer. Click any parcel to see owner, value, lead score, and sales history in a slide-in panel.
