Blue Belmont is a small, focused company that builds parcel intelligence for Indiana real-estate professionals. One state, all 92 counties, every property refreshed nightly. No national aggregator in the pipeline, no coastal-market assumptions baked into the score.

Why we picked one state.

Every national real-estate data platform makes the same trade: broad reach in exchange for shallow fidelity. The parcel record you pull in Marion County from a national reseller has been licensed, repackaged, and handed down through three vendors before it reached you - and it's often four weeks stale by the time it does.

We went the other direction. One state. Every county assessor. Every recorder's office. Every transfer record. Every zoning overlay and FEMA layer, joined at the parcel level. Refreshed nightly, timestamped on every record, defensible end-to-end.

Indiana real-estate professionals should not have to pay a national platform to guess at their own market. That's the whole thesis.

Every field on every parcel comes from the Indiana county or state agency that published it. No credit-header data, no telephone databases, no social scraping.
